Question by Danielle: shocking news but rarely known, do u know the story behind this plane crash?
do you know about this plane crash in china in 2002? it is caused by a guy who wanted to commit suicide because he lost a lot of money on business, and he bought 7 life insurance for his wife and kids and brought a bottle of gasoline to the plane, he started a fire on the back of the plane and then the fire caused the crash and killed all people on board including himself. what do you think of this? i don’t think many people know the story behind this, they probably think it’s mechanical problems.

some life insurance cover suicide. i’m sure he knew what he was doing and his insurance covered suicide.

So,because 1 guy lost the will to live,he decided to kill a plane full of other people as well. To me thats murder. Because his death was suicide,his family shouldnt receive a dime.

The Consumer Justice Foundation Alerts the Public to the Consolidation of Federal Actos Bladder Cancer Lawsuits into One Action in Louisiana

The Consumer Justice Foundation, a for-profit corporation whose mission is to have its professional consumer advocates provide the public with important safety information regarding prescription medications by way of free online, informational resources, hereby alerts the public of an announcement that more than 100 different Actos bladder cancer lawsuits have been consolidated and assigned to a court in Louisiana.
This announcement, which was made by the federal Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, sent the lawsuits to the Western District of Louisiana, in Lafayette, to be overseen by U.S. District Judge Rebecca Doherty. The specific citation for this consolidated claim is hereby known as In Re: Actos Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2299, U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana (Lafayette).
“Centralization in the Western District of Louisiana will serve the convenience of the parties and witnesses and promote the just and efficient conduct of this litigation,” the panel ruled yesterday. These Actos bladder cancer lawsuits concern plaintiff consumers who used this medication, which is manufactured by the Japanese company known as Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. The plaintiffs claim that they began to use Actos to help treat their diabetes but that they developed bladder cancer as a result of taking this medication.
A consolidation of these Actos bladder cancer lawsuits will allow all of the claims involved to be heard and adjudicated at one time, and in general when legal matters like this one are consolidated they can lead to faster results. These Actos bladder cancer lawsuits also claim that the manufacturer of the medication withheld information regarding the risks of Actos side effects.

yes i saw a documentary on this crash on national geographic channel here in u.k.
Its terrible,you know i used to be a bus driver and i had a man run under my bus to commit suicide.
Its common for people to throw themselves under buses in the same area here its in Manchester by the universities,its because its a huge bus corridor,and they usually succeed
He succeeded i never drove a bus again,had therapy for years,lost thousands in wages,and had a full bus of passengers also treated for shock.
I now teach people to drive trucks and buses,and defencive driving,as its horrific to have it happen to you,and those poor people on that plane my heart breaks for the families.
The documentary did say it was fire started possibly deliberately on that plane.
there was another one too,a guy who worked for DHL freight,he got a lift off duty on another freight plane of DHL,his workmates were flying it,and he tried to kill them after he overpowered the crew,but luckily they managed after hours of struggle and some nifty plane manoeuvres to get the upper hand,and he was arrested and not sure where he is.
I think that it is selfish to take others with you ,just cos they are fed up with life i look at everyone like they are gonna throw themselves under our trucks now.
It changes the people it affects let alone the poor families.
I didn’t know that about the crash. That’s about as gutless as one can get.
I think if you’re going to kill your self it is a personal thing and you should leave other people out of it. you should go dig a hole lay down in it and light your self on fire. that way you aren’t making a mess for someone else to clean. Your family can just throw the dirt back in the hole when you finally go out. Funeral and clean up all in one shot.
